Haitises National Park with its strange rock formations, caves, and

Visit the Isle Cabritos National Park (Little Goats Island),
found in the center of Lake Enriquillo, the lowest (and only) below sea-level
lake in the Caribbean which has one of the largest wildlife American crocodile

visit the quaint city of Sosua, or spend the day in Cabarete with

You can enjoy dining and nightlife on the beach, only one hour from Orchid
Bay. Or how about the many discos and bars in the area that are always packed on weekend nights. Just watching the crowd of exuberant dancers swing, sway and spin expertly to sexy Latin beats is as fun as taking a turn on the dance floor yourself. Or, venture out to the casinos. The odds are slightly less than in US or European casinos, and they don't have craps tables, but a fun evening can be had watching other tourists, full of umbrella-drinks, trying to play 21 or roulette in Spanish!
